Aleksandra Adamczuk, born in 1987 in Tomaszów Lubelski, a graduate of the Theatre Costume Studio of the Fine Arts Academy. She deals with theater, light art, street-art, mosaic, and costume design. With Paulina Nawrot from the Tri-City, they form a harmonious duo which carries out projects in the city space and enjoys unconventional grotesque. The context of the place is important to them, along with the dialogue with the viewer, and a friendship which provides synergy in activity.
Their project, “Art in the Meantime” (2012), realized for the Urban Forms Foundation, consisting of an artistic arrangement of several bus stops in Łódź, was part of their graduation project at the Fine Arts Academy of Łódź.
In 2015 Aleksandra Adamczuk and Paulina Nawrot realized a mural titled "Are You Growing?" on the facade of the townhouse at 20 Żeromskiego Street, dedicated to a charismatic educator, a long-time teacher in M. Copernicus High School I in Lodz, and a scout leader, Janusz Boisse "The Pale". The mural was created through the initiative of "Pale's" students and thanks to their social fundraising.
In 2015, Aleksandra Adamczuk and Paulina Nawrot took part in the OFF Gallery Project, creating a piece together at 49 and 51 Legionów Street – "Jonah", referring to Adam Muszka's "Cheder Memories".
